SHARPEN UP

MEMORY

Everyone can use a bit of sharpening up in the brain department now and then, can't they?  How you do it doesn't have to mean hitting the books for hours on end, listening to people flipping through dog-eared and yellow note sheets.  It can be fun, interesting and beneficial all at the same time.  With that thought in mind, we've sought out some sites that you might find helpful.  There is also a new hot debate with which people need to become knowledgeable and that is the new change toward "cognitive enhancement" aka memory/energy medications formerly used for both ADHD and sleep disorders or for serious anergia in the elderly or disabled.    The meds, of course, include Adderall,  Ritalin, modafinil and Provigil.    We've included just a few articles on this new area of discussion.
