Dr. Farrell wrote a chapter on interviewing skills for beginning psychologists/therapists in "Counseling and Psychotherapy :
A Practical Guidebook for Students, Trainees, and New Professionals" (Allyn & Bacon).  She has also written chapters for
books on mental health and medical illness, and articles on Munchausen's Syndrome by proxy and basic wellness.

 

Dr. Farrell contributed an essay to 50 Things to Do When You Turn Fifty (Ronnie Sellers Productions, Inc., 2005). 

All of Dr. Farrell's royalties from this book are being donated to breast cancer research. 

Currently, Dr. Farrell has collaborated with HealthForumOnline, an online resource for nationally-accredited continuing

education (CE) courses in behavioral medicine for psychologists, counselors, social workers, marital and family therapists, nurses,

and other allied health professionals, on a CE course entitled Adult Mental Health Social Security Disability Report
